Your new role
The client are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and payroll processes, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Access.
* Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to HR and payroll.
* Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using MS Access and other tools.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of databases.
* Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Support initiatives with data-driven analysis.
* Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in HR and payroll data analysis.
* Proficiency in MS Access and other data analysis tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
A contract role lasting for three months initially with the potential for extension. The role is paying up to £250 per day and is outside IR35. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working on offer.
