What you’ll be doing

You’ll undertake tasks associated with the financial management of capital, revenue income and expenditure budgets and service charges and evaluate proposals for transactions or schemes for existing property or new acquisitions to redefine the portfolio. You’ll also manage internal customers and tenants, dealing with day-to-day tenant enquiries relating to liabilities under their legal agreements such as repairs, use, service charges, and rent payments.
What you’ll need
You’ll be a qualified Commercial Real Estate Surveyor (BSc or MSc) ideally with significant practical experience of property management including dealing with lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, and general estate management; as well as professional work including acquisition, valuation, and disposals. Full membership of RICS is also a must with a dedication to completing your APC to become Chartered. Being an organised individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, you’ll be able to work under pressure.
