Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
To provide administrative assistance, content and project support for the Trust's main internal and external websites and social media channels. To work as a key member of the digital communications team to provide a responsive, efficient and effective engagement and communications service for staff, volunteers and other stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will assist and support the digital communications team in the creation of new intranet/web-based and social media-based material and the administration of the Trust's existing intranet/web sites.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to A level or NVQ level 3 Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* A qualification in journalism, marketing or public relations.
Experience
* Assisting web content management including the managing and maintenance of websites
* Experience of working in a busy clerical/office environment or reception service
* Prioritising, planning and organising own tasks
* Working within guidelines
* Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations
* Data entry experience and documentation
* Experience of IT packages - Microsoft office
* Previous experience of working in NHS
* Experience in using content management systems
* Experience of supervising staff
Knowledge
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
* Sound knowledge of office procedures
* Understanding of customer service
* Excellent knowledge of using social media, particularly in the planned way, for example using tools to plan campaigns
* Knowledge of the Trust including awareness of priorities
