Salary: £35,000-£42,000
NonStop’s client, based in the Cambridgeshire, is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their small independent fostering agency.
They are a small, family feel agency that value a community feel and therapeutic way of working. This allows you the chance to feel valued and be able to make a positive impact knowing you’re voice will be heard.
The role is fully home-based aside from visiting carers. They have an office so if you prefer a more hybrid way of working, you are always welcome to go in. This allows you the chance to have a lot of flexibility and create a schedule that works well for your personal needs.

9. Less travel- carers are all within 1hr-1.5hrs of the office
Responsibilities:
10. Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
11. Provide support and advise for foster carers
12. Manage a case of around 6 carers in the Cambridgeshire area
Requirements:
13. Registration with Social work England (SWE)
14. Driver
15. Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
16. Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally at least 2 years
