The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide second-line technical support to end users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Support cloud-based solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Azure. Troubleshoot and manage VoIP and telephony systems. Maintain security best practices, implementing updates, patches, and antivirus solutions. Assist with network configurations, including routers, switches, and access points. Work alongside senior engineers to support complex IT projects and deployments. Deliver end-user training and guidance on IT best practices. Skills and Experience: Experience in an IT support role, providing first and second-line support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting. Understanding of VoIP systems and telephony support (desirable). Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT support.
