The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and committed Sales Professional to join our growing UK sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in office interiors, lighting, flooring, or other allied sectors to represent a premium global brand. In this role, you will cover the A&D (Architecture and Design) and dealer channels, driving project sales, managing key relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of Wilkhahn’s business in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Generate and grow project sales through the A&D and dealer channels, expanding Wilkhahn’s presence in the UK market. Establish, expand, and maintain strong relationships with end-users, dealers, architects, designers, and facility managers. Present and sample Wilkhahn solutions to clients, showcasing our range of high-quality furniture. Coordinate and process leads, enquiries, and tenders, ensuring timely follow-up and successful conversions. Train dealership and A&D personnel on product offerings and sales techniques to ensure effective representation of Wilkhahn solutions. Assist in marketing and promoting Wilkhahn’s office furniture, with a particular focus on chairs, tables, and conference systems. Contribute to events, exhibitions, and market observations, identifying new market segments and growth strategies. Report KPIs and project progress to senior colleagues and management. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of two years’ experience in a sales role within the office interiors industry (furniture, lighting, flooring, or similar sectors). A strong network within the A&D, furniture dealer, or facility management community in the UK. Basic knowledge of ergonomics and a passion for creating comfortable and functional workspaces. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment and represent a premium global brand. A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Comfort in acting as a central liaison between architects, dealers, and facility managers. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
