Randstad C&P are working leading facilities management company to onboard a Mobile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of air conditioning units. In addition to your HVAC duties, you will also be expected to carry out various multi-skilled fabric tasks, ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of the commercial properties you serve.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and the main working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
The Package:
1. Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
8. Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and chillers.
9. Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
10. Carry out installation and commissioning of HVAC systems when required.
11. Undertake general fabric maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
12. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
13. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports and documentation.
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
15. NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
16. F-Gas Category 1 certification is essential.
17. 18th edition is desirable.
18. Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems in commercial environments.
19. Basic knowledge and experience in general fabric maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
20. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
21. Full UK driving licence.
22. Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
