Based in our busy automotive technical training centre in Warwick, you will provide class leading support to Delphi’s distributors, customers and end users with all aspects of our product range. This will include providing a dynamic phone, live web chat and email support service. The candidate should be comfortable in working in a fast paced, fun and varied environment. The person should have solid working experience with all vehicles systems and a passion for the automotive sector – including new and exciting technology. The candidate should be familiar with using diagnostic equipment (although not necessarily Delphi) and have a logical thought process when it comes to problem solving. Key responsibilities Provide customer support via telephone Focusing on hard product support, ie Steering/Suspension/Braking/Diesel/Engine Management Support resolution of technical queries utilising resources available. Answer/Redirect webform submissions relating to northern region Create required reporting in line with business requirements to improve process Assist with Technical Articles / Masters of Motion Assist with trade shows/customer events Support Warranty process Diagnostic tool support via team viewer Diagnostic tool commissioning / Exchange units Become a DS180/480 expert.
