Cambridge Regional College has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Compliance Technician to join our Facilities and Estates team at our Cambridge Campus with responsibility for testing our Huntingdon Campus. You will join us on a Full-Time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £23,292 to £25,104 per annum, plus staff benefits.

About the role:
Are you a skilled and dedicated PAT tester looking for an exciting new challenge?
Our vibrant and forward-thinking college is seeking a talented PAT tester to join our Facilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment that fosters learning, innovation, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular PAT testing on a wide range of electrical equipment across campus.
2. Conduct water flushing and temperature checks across the site.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
4. Accurately record test results and maintain comprehensive documentation.
5. Identify / escalate any electrical safety issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with the Facilities team to maintain a safe and efficient campus environment.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience of PAT Testing (although Training will be provided to the right candidate)
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
