As a Clinical Support Worker, you will need to be flexible and hardworking, expected to see patients in their own home environment under minimal supervision within your competencies and adhering to SWFT's Lone Working Policy.
You will have at least 1 year of care experience, preferably in the community, and possess some knowledge and skills in managing the care of long-term conditions, wound and pressure ulcer care, and end-of-life patients. Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills, along with being a good team player, are essential attributes for this role.

Main duties of the job
The Band 3 Community Support Worker will undertake various clinical skills, such as complex wound care, care of chronic lower limb disorders, and application of specialist compression therapy, under the direction of registered staff while working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE level A - C English and Maths or equivalent.
* Minimum NVQ/Diploma Level 2, willing to work to Level 3 or equivalent higher apprenticeship in healthcare.
