The duties of the role:
* Build and manage your own market
* Actively promote TEC Partners as a business in order to win new business and win new jobs for you and your colleagues
* Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Contacts in order to build great relationships
* Organise, communicate and be consultative through interview processes with candidates and clients
* Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalising agreements between Clients and Candidates
Key Skills & Experience for this position:
* Proven experience of business development and building new markets
* Capable of building great rapport with great credibility
