Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Total Experience Required: 3 to 5+ years
Relevant Experience Required: 3+ years in ServiceNow and as a Business Analyst
Work Location: London, UK
1.Must be currently based in UK, or
2.Willing to relocate to the London, UK from anywhere within Europe or the UK
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysts for a 6-month contract to support a high-impact UK-based transformation program. This is a fully allocated role with immediate start. You will play a key part in designing and operationalizing ITSM processes, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure a smooth service transition.
Top 5 Essential Skills:
•Experience in Service Transition, Service Design, or ITSM implementation
•Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4, especially Service Transition, Change, Incident, and Readiness
•Proven ability in stakeholder management and vendor coordination
•Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and service process alignment
•Delivery experience in complex, multi-vendor environments
Top 5 Optional Skills:
•Early Life Support planning experience
•Hands-on with Service Design Pack and Service Assurance Checklists
•Involvement in go-live readiness activities
•Background in large-scale transformation programs
•Strong communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
•Play a key role in shaping and implementing ServiceNow workflows, with a focus on Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge processes.
•Collaborate with external stakeholders to align service design elements and support models effectively.
•Contribute to Early Life Support and post go-live planning, ensuring a seamless transition to operational readiness.
•Partner with the Service Transition Led to deliver critical milestones on schedule.
•Support the design and delivery of service solutions, following ITIL v3 best practices.
•Take ownership of completing Service Design Packs and Service Assurance Checklists ahead of platform launch.
•Liaise with Internal Service Owners, Product Owners, and Service Providers to ensure full readiness for go-live.
