About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
* Assist teachers in creating and delivering tailored lesson plans that address individual learning requirements.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to build student confidence and encourage engagement.
* Support classroom activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
* Maintain effective communication with students, teachers, and parents, offering constructive updates as necessary.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with a focus on SEN.
* Genuine passion for supporting SEN students and helping them reach their full potential.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, adaptable approach to student needs.
* Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential if you have relevant classroom experience).
* Flexibility on working schedules.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
