Join our team to cook lunch for approximately 30 people in a well-equipped kitchen.
Detailed Description
Providing a warm meal is essential for giving hospitality to those who visit us, enabling volunteers to have meaningful conversations with our clients.
A food safety certificate is required, or a willingness to complete online training.
Facilities and ingredients will be provided, and another volunteer will assist with preparation and cleanup.
The rota is flexible, allowing volunteers to offer their time from once a week to once a month.
We welcome anyone interested to view our website and contact us for an informal chat or visit.
We support individuals in Minehead who are homeless, struggling with addictions, or are lonely or vulnerable. Our drop-in sessions are held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:30 AM to 2 PM at Minehead Baptist Church. See more opportunities with Minehead Hope Centre Trust.
