An exciting new opportunity has arisen within ISP-Subassemblies for a Procurement Team Lead, responsible for developing, implementing and driving operational effectiveness and efficiency throughout the Procurement function and broader business. Salary : Circa £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Dynamic (hybrid) working : 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Total spend is approximately €500M per year across UK, France and Italy. Accountable for leading and managing part of the ISP-S UK Procurement Team, you will be responsible for a team of Buyers, with responsibilities including: Contributing to the implementation of a clear vision for the Procurement Team, providing direction and functional support Being a key interface for the ISP-S Procurement team across internal stakeholders; including Heads Of, Manufacturing, Engineering, Programme, and Finance Managers, in order to regularly review and adjust departmental priorities to ensure alignment with business direction Deliver operational and strategic change through best practice and functional excellence Driving operational efficiencies to secure a sustainable and competitive supply chain that will enable us to achieve our ramp up requirements and long term business growth Responsible for achieving Procurement KPIs through the Buyers within your team. Promote and educate Procurement practices across the wider MBDA business to ensure adherence to established processes Act as a point of escalation for the Procurement function Deputise for the Procurement Manager ?
