Spring Supply Chain is a boutique recruitment business specialising in Logistics and Supply Chain recruitment. We are looking to expand the team with an experienced consultant who will focus on permanent roles. This role is to start in January, when we move to our new offices in Exchange Quay, Salford.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in permanent recruitment, all sectors considered. This role would suit someone who enjoys looking after clients and candidates, someone who takes the time to make sure the match is right. At Spring, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service, therefore we don't beat people around the head with millions of KPIs....it's about results!

Main responsibilities.....
* Sourcing new candidates
* Build relationships with existing candidates
* Source new clients and business opportunities
* Account manage existing clients, ensuring the highest possible service levels
* Negotiate rates
* Build an online presence and reputation within Logistics and Supply Chain
* Keep database up to date
