Location: Norwich (2 days working from home per week)
Salary: £31,500 + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri, no evenings/weekends/bank holidays

Overview:
Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 4. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.
A typical week:
* Manage & support a caseload of learners
* Deliver in person & online coaching
* Carry out regular progress reviews with learners
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver success
You'll need the following:
* Level 3 Hospitality qualification
* General Manager/Head of experience in Hospitality
* Front of House experience
* Car driver
* Interest or experience in training/coaching
