Position: Supply Early Years Practitioner
Location: leeds - flexible, Choose Your Own Days
Hours: Mix of Half Days and Full Days, Tailored to Your Personal Schedule
About the Role:
As a Supply Early Years Practitioner, you will play be supporting local nurseries and early years settings by providing cover for staff sickness and staffing issues. Your focus will be to support and nurture young children, ensuring their needs are met and their early learning experiences are enriching and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Children: Engage with children in a nurturing and supportive manner, attending to their educational and emotional needs.
Flexible Availability: Work on a flexible basis with the freedom to choose your own days and hours. Tailor your schedule to fit around your personal commitments.
Cover for Absences: Provide high-quality care and support in various nurseries, stepping in as needed to cover staff absences or staffing gaps.
Collaborate: Work closely with nursery staff to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition for children.What We're Looking For:
Qualified Practitioner: A relevant early years qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education) is desirable
Experience: Previous experience working in early years settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Flexible Attitude: Ability to adapt to different nursery environments and varying schedules.
Passionate & Caring: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting the development and well-being of young children.What We Offer:
