Are you an organised, self-motivated individual with experience in administration? We are looking for a skilled Team Administrator to join our award-winning Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service. This service is a partnership between Alzheimers Society and Devon Partnership NHS Trust, supporting people living with dementia and their carers.
You will be joining a dynamic team that provides vital services to people living with dementia and their families. We're looking for someone who enjoys a varied role, is able to work independently, and can handle multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service that truly makes a difference.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
2. Ordering and maintaining office supplies and stationery.
3. Welcoming visitors to the site.
4. Taking meeting minutes and supporting the team where needed.
5. Managing diaries and assisting the medical and psychology team with audio typing using digital dictation equipment.
6. Handling queries calmly and efficiently.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in all tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous administrative experience, especially in call handling and using emails, word processing, and spreadsheets.
2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to be friendly and empathetic when interacting with people.
3. Excellent organisational skills, able to manage your time and work independently.
4. A dedication to providing high-quality support to a multidisciplinary team.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
