We wish to appoint a first-class Careers Advisor and Aspirations Manager to support and deliver an effective careers guidance and education service for our students and play a key role in the next phase of our development from a Good to Outstanding School.
Haggerston School was judged ‘good’ by OFSTED in December 2022. The OFSTED report noted: “Staff feel well supported and have access to a wide range of professional development opportunities.”
We are currently seeking an experienced Careers Advisor and Aspirations Manager who:
* responsibility for ensuring all students receive effective careers information, advice and guidance appropriate to their needs to enable them to progress successfully
* Develop and maintain an effective careers resource base, including electronic and web based resources
* has previous relevant experience in a similar environment
* has excellent communication, time management and IT skills
