We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our client’s team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for servicing, supporting, and growing existing key customer accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in driving a bespoke business pipeline and securing projects of all sizes. Key Responsibilities for a Key Account Manager Service, visit, support, and grow existing key customer accounts. Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Drive the bespoke business pipeline by identifying and pursuing tender opportunities. Conduct high-level negotiations and understand the correlation between sales and margin. Conduct face-to-face appointments with top-tier customers to understand their business needs. Provide regular and accurate market and customer feedback to the business. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and communicate essential information to customers. Deliver confident and engaging presentations to small and large groups. Link marketing campaigns to specific customer needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
