Responsibilities - Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to international customer premises to foster and maintain excellent relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue current and future business opportunities with both existing and potential customers within your sales area.
* Collaborative Growth: Work closely with other companies within the group to explore and develop synergistic business opportunities.
* Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and processes to provide informed solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
* Quotation and Order Management: Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding quotations and orders, providing exceptional service and support.
* Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to relay accurate information and ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Team Contribution: Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategies.
* Forecasting: Provide precise information to assist with sales forecasting and target setting.
