CLCH West Herts Podiatry Service is looking for a dynamic Podiatrist to join our growing team of passionate clinical staff dedicated to excellent patient care.

Main duties of the job
Delivering High risk Wound care across West Hertfordshire collaborating with other allied health professionals, nurses and doctors across the health community in a progressive way.
There are a number of training and supervision packages available as well as mentorship along the way.
The role involves case management of patients and line management of team members as well as having a strong focus on quality improvement via projects and audits too

Essential
6. BSc Degree in Podiatric Medicine or Diploma (if qualified prior 1991)
7. Evidence of continual professional and personal development portfolio
8. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
9. Certificate in local anaesthesia
10. Post graduate courses/ Education in Advanced Podiatric Practice/Diabetic Foot Module
Desirable
11. Non-medical prescriber
12. Ionising Radiation (medical exposure) Regulations Training [IRMER]
13. Training in requesting and interpretation of investigations relevant to foot complications
Experience

14. Experience of working at a band 6 level or above and evidence of working with a high risk caseload
15. Experience of multidisciplinary and interagency working
16. Experience of working in a fast paced NHS environment
17. Experience of clinical supervision and mentoring
