Year 3 Teacher Full Time Blackburn (BB2) Start Date: April 2025 £140-£185 per day (in line with AWR after 12 weeks) Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a Primary School in Blackburn who are looking to recruit a Year 3 teacher on a full-time basis to cover a maternity, this role is currently starting in April 2025, the role is to be ongoing through the remainder of the academic year. The Head Teacher has been working within school for a number of years, with the school having a proven record of low staff turnover and an inspiring Senior Leadership Team, who recognise and value those who go the extra mile by providing opportunities for personal development. The school would like to meet teachers who have a caring teaching approach where no child is left behind and an ability to create fun, imaginative and engaging lessons. You will needs to be a teacher who can command the class by showing good classroom management practice that bridges the gap of underachievers. You will have the ability to encourage pupils to learn in a meaningful, positive fashion, pushing the boundaries of their own expectations.
