Key Responsibilities
* Support strategic and operational HR initiatives across the UK, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, providing guidance to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance cases.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, supporting the implementation of HR policies.
* Assist with key business change projects, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
* Manage the recruitment process, conduct HR inductions, and design effective onboarding programs to enhance employee retention.
* Maintain accurate HR records, produce key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
* Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and support employee development initiatives to foster growth and engagement.
* Handle pay and benefits queries, support salary reviews, and communicate changes to reward packages, ensuring a fair and competitive compensation structure.
* Drive employee engagement through surveys, action plans, and well-being initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Ensure GDPR compliance, maintain confidentiality, and support audits with accurate documentation, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor, particularly in managing ER casework, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, an inquisitive nature, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Estimated Salary Range:
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
