Job Description:
As a housekeeper in one of our care homes, your main responsibilities are to coordinate and supervise the domestic and laundry staff team so to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the care home in accordance with COSHH. Your duties will include maintaining the highest standard of efficiency and cleanliness within all areas of the care home by coordinating and monitoring staff practice and participate in all aspects of domestic duties.
Experience And Qualifications:
You will, preferably, have previous experience in a similar role or sector and be able to demonstrate an understanding of COSHH, HACCP and infection control procedures. You will be able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team as well as having the confidence to work autonomously. You will have a strong attention to detail and know how to be respectful of our residents' dignity and privacy, ensuring our residents' right to confidentiality is maintained at all times.
