EPOS Field Service Engineer
About the Role:
My client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for new store installations, field maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service for their products. This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee new store installations, including drive-thru, self-service kiosks, server and networking infrastructure, following completion of training.
2. Manage field maintenance jobs from initial contact to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Operate within a designated geographical region, with flexibility to cover other regions as required.
4. Maintain punctuality and commitment to completing tasks.
5. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace and onsite.
6. Establish clear communication channels to keep customers informed about the progress of their maintenance or installation.
7. Provide support and training to clients on products as needed.
8. Address issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
9. Ensure quality standards are upheld at all times.
10. Shape a positive impression of the company through regular engagement and accurate updates.
11. Deliver the highest level of customer service while ensuring client satisfaction.
