We are looking for two ambitious, dynamic, and results-driven New Patient Coordinators to join our team at our in-house location in NN17, Corby. This is not just a receptionist role – it’s a vital position blending patient care, private dental hospitality, and sales to help patients access the transformative dental care they deserve. This is a desk-based, phone-focused role where you’ll engage with patients remotely, from our in house location.

About the Role:
This is a target-driven role focused on converting enquiries into booked appointments and ensuring a seamless patient journey from the first interaction. Ideal for an experienced Dental Practice Receptionist, a Qualified Dental Nurse, or a Treatment Coordinator (TCO), this position combines hospitality, sales, and patient care.
What Does a New Patient Coordinator Do?
As a New Patient Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
* Converting Enquiries into Appointments: Your primary objective is to guide potential patients from enquiry to consultation. By confidently explaining our services and benefits, you’ll ensure patients feel informed and excited about their next steps.
* Delivering Exceptional Private Dental Hospitality: Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.
* Driving Growth: Play an integral role in increasing patient numbers by achieving monthly conversion targets and helping our practice thrive.
* Building Trust: Act as the first point of contact for new patients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to build confidence in our services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Patient Journeys: Be the first point of contact for new patients, guiding them with care and expertise.
* Engage & Communicate: Promptly handle enquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms, ensuring all patient questions are answered thoroughly and confidently.
* Facilitate Consultations: Organise and confirm patient appointments with precision, ensuring every detail aligns with their needs and expectations.
* Present Costs Clearly: Answer questions about basic treatments and costs, offering clear and accurate information to new enquiries.
* Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with dentists, nurses, and support staff to ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to consultation.
* Achieve Results: Meet and exceed monthly targets for new patient bookings, contributing to the overall growth of the practice.
* Maintain Excellence: Uphold practice protocols, policies, and data security standards while contributing to a well-organised, high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
This is not a typical receptionist or dental nurse role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred, and results-driven environment. The role is not customer facing, however a phone and desk
* Sales-Driven Mindset: Confidence and experience in converting enquiries into booked appointments, overcoming objections, and achieving sales targets.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Friendly, empathetic, and professional, with the ability to build trust quickly and effectively.
* Dental Knowledge: A strong background in private dentistry, ideally as a Dental Receptionist, Qualified Dental Nurse, or Treatment Coordinator.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and keep detailed records with precision.
* Tech-Savvy: Confident with dental software (EXACT or Dentally preferred), Boxly, and Microsoft Office tools.
* Adaptable & Personable: Approachable and professional, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
* Target-Oriented: A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and is driven to achieve measurable results.

The Details:
* Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 10 am – 12 pm and 4 pm – 8 pm.
* Saturday & Sunday: 11 am – 1 pm.
* Hours are split between two coordinators.
* Location: On-site at Priors Hall Dental, NN17 Corby .
* Pay: Starting at £13 per hour, with bonuses available for exceptional performance.
* Type: Permanent, part-time position.
