About the Role

AD Education UK is seeking a dynamic Short Courses Recruitment Advisor to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students and the success of our short course offerings.
In this exciting position, you'll be at the forefront of implementing diverse recruitment and sales strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads into enrolled students for our in-person and online Short Courses portfolio. As the primary point of contact for prospective students, you'll organize and deliver captivating recruitment events, manage promotional periods, and execute upsell and bundle promotions to encourage enrolment in additional courses.
Your proactive approach and data-focused mindset will be essential in meeting and exceeding our revenue and recruitment goals. You'll collaborate closely with our Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure a seamless experience for applicants, from initial inquiry to enrolment. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, guiding applicants through the process, extending offers, and advising on financial and Visa compliance processes.
We're looking for someone who can provide accurate and comprehensive information about our courses, enrolment procedures, finances, and the overall student experience. Your attention to detail will be crucial in supporting the operational delivery of short courses, ensuring accurate website listings and finalizing room bookings across our campuses.
