We are looking for a Project Development Manager to join our growing team in London (hybrid). Responsibilities: Project origination in collaboration with the other members of the team. Dealing and negotiating with landowners with regards to LOA, HOTs, Options to Lease, easement and wayleaves, purchase agreements, and other agreements. Managing relationships with land agents and solicitors during the land acquisition process and project acquisition due diligence. Stakeholder management and relationship building with landowners, local authorities, grid network operators and external consultants or advisors. Opportunities for professional development to broaden the role into the project management of development and permitting through grid connection requirements and planning consent; as well as sales and investment processes through project level transactions. Ideally, you have: Experience in identification of land or business development opportunities; demonstrated success in prospecting, identifying, and qualifying new business opportunities. Strong commercial skills and awareness as well as good knowledge and understanding of legal and contractual frameworks. Strategic relationship builder with both internal/external project stakeholders demonstrating personal integrity, negotiation capabilities and a win/win mindset. Good understanding of the UK TCPA regulatory framework. Proficiency in the use of GIS to assess and record development opportunities in management of the development pipeline. A team player, who enjoys working within a dynamic team and environment. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. An ideal candidate will demonstrate capability through origination and possess a keen interest in developing the full suite of technical skills and knowledge to add value across the project lifecycle.
