As a Kitchen Team Leader at The Tarpots Harvester, you will support the Kitchen Manager in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS KITCHEN TEAM LEADER YOU’LL…
1. Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
2. Be driven to smash targets with your team.
3. Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
4. Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
5. Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Pay: £12.74 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
