Senior Audit Manager
Salary - salary range £65,000 - £80,000 per annum dependant on experience
Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexi hours & hybrid working
This is a key role supporting the Head of Audit with the day to day running of our clients ambitious & growing team. You will be responsible for the delivery of audit and assurance services to a range of clients and will therefore need to be highly technically proficient, a trusted expert in this field and be competent to go out and win work and generate new business leads.
Key responsibilities:
1. supporting the Head of Audit to run the department, to include setting budgets/targets, monitor financial & non-financial KPI’s & assisting with development of business plans and strategies for growth
2. delivering high quality audits to clients in the SME sector with support from the wider audit team to deliver the onsite work
3. build relationships with the clients so that you are the "go-to" person and manage their expectations, their audit, and our team to deliver robust, high quality audits.
4. effectively manage and develop the team and be a motivational and inspirational role model
5. completing file reviews on a range of audit clients, utilising your existing technical knowledge and experience whilst developing your skills still further and ensuring quality standards are met...
