They are a successful, fast growing business and we're searching for a number of ambitious and motivated individuals to join their highly successful sales team.
As a Sales Development Representative, you are tasked with interacting with customers at the beginning of their sales journey, creating a vital first impression for their brand and speaking with business owners from a variety of industries. A high proportion of the role will be on the telephone, including outbound targeted calls as well as dealing with some inbound leads. They will provide an in-depth and structured training program to ensure you have all the tools you need to set you up for success.

Role:
* Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the world of Commercial Finance, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have detailed conversations with clients
* Develop a pipeline of prospects via various channels including marketing generated leads and targeted sales lists
* Leverage detailed knowledge of the market and competitors in order to communicate the clients' unique selling propositions and differentiators
* Contact prospect clients, qualifying their needs and pain points
* Book in meetings for Account Managers
* Manage and maintain the company CRM, ensuring all client information and sales activity is input correctly and is up to date
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales
* Self-motivated, ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to speak to decision makers
