Salary: GBP17,033 per annum plus opportunity to earn performance related pay.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our Leasehold Sales team, your duties will include:
1. Managing a variety of leasehold sales transactions.
2. Forming good working relationships with external agencies including managing agents, solicitors, surveyors, and lenders.
3. Participating in all sales activities and events as required.
4. Providing support to colleagues in a busy team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
You should have:
1. Proven customer service experience in a busy working environment.
2. Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
3. Some knowledge of property sales and housing legislation.
4. Good administration and IT skills.
5. The ability to manage a large and varied workload.

This is a non-hybrid role and you will be expected to attend the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You'll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, situated just two minutes' walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
