Job Description
We are working with a creative agency that specialises in the delivery of large format graphics to help find them a Business/Project Administrator.
This is a broad role with a focus on business/project efficiency and project finance. The role will involve ensuring that the agency’s business systems and project processes run smoothly and are as efficient as they can be and that all due project governance is followed on every project. You will help ensure that the best people are on the right projects at all times, and that project budgets are not exceeded.
On the bookkeeping side of the business, you will oversee the recording of company spending, including purchases, invoices and sales, and provide accurate information on company outgoings.
You will be a key player in agreeing and managing supplier contracts ensuring the best value from all their vendors at all times, as well as ensuring that office and studio supplies are constantly maintained.
Applicants must have a relevant bookkeeping and project governance background, ideally with a smaller, privately owned, creative industry business. This role requires the successful applicant to be in their Hertfordshire based office 5 days a week.
