We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Business Support Projects Coordinator based at our Pembridge site working 39 hours per week to join our Sales & Business Support team.
As the Coordinator, you will liaise and coordinate the customer base of Kingspan TEK and associated internal & external departments. You will be responsible for the receipt, distribution & logging of enquiries, order processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with customers and internal departments to manage orders and inquiries.
2. Coordinate the distribution of information to relevant stakeholders.
3. Log and track customer inquiries and orders.
4. Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
