This is an incredible opportunity to combine a passion of teaching and creative movement with a focus on child and staff development.
We are recruiting for a senior management role with one of the world's industry-leading brands in the child fitness sector. This company work with children from 4 months to 12 years old, not only helping them develop their physical literacy, they also help them build key life skills like teamwork, sharing and leadership through movement-based learning and imaginative play.
The Club Manager must have experience in a similar leadership role and will work closely with the Gym Director to oversee the overall responsibility of the delivery and quality assurance of the sessions being delivered by a team of instructors at their venue.
You will also become an expert in understanding a tailored program and curriculum based around three dimensional learning - 'Get Moving', 'Brain Boost' and 'Citizen Kid' - which aim to teach skills to support each child to develop key areas that will support them later in life.
With over 45 years in the industry, this organisation brings a wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge to the children they teach!
The Club Manager role also has 50-60% of their schedule dedicated to delivering a whole range of classes including gymnastics, tumbling and movement and will be working closely with all parents, offering feedback and advising on their children’s progress and development.

You will:
* Have experience in gymnastics, or a similar sport such as dance, acrobatics or parkour, and have experience in a training or teaching role

* Be flexible with hours – evening and weekend work required
