What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support across multiple channels (phone, email). You’ll handle inquiries efficiently, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
2. Provide accurate information about Edenred products and services
3. Resolve issues and escalate when necessary
4. Maintain up-to-date records using internal systems
5. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

1. Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre or office-based ideal)
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
4. Confident using technology and customer management systems
