The Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within your specialism, whether in Digital/Performance Marketing or Account Management/Client Services/Project Management/Production. Your day-to-day will include:
* Building Relationships: Proactively identifying new business opportunities within target clients and sectors, driving revenue through tailored recruitment solutions.
* Sourcing Talent: Engaging with active and passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
* Cross-Selling: Collaborating with other teams across the Major Group to maximize opportunities.
* Establishing Your Brand: Becoming a trusted expert in your sector, creating a strong personal reputation.
