Wellbeing Manager
A leading London law firm is seeking to hire a Wellbeing Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fabulous HR team, reporting into the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s wellbeing, compensation and benefits programmes.
* Salary £90,000-£100,000
* Working hours – 09:30-17:30
* Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

The Key Responsibilities of the Wellbeing Manager:
* Manage and proactively review the reward strategy of the firm required
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external providers, particularly during renewal periods
* Work closely with the firm’s payroll manager and those supporting the diversity and inclusion work
* Provide support to the HR Business Partner team for the design, implementation and delivery of annual salary reviews and bonus processes
* Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to support the firm’s commitment to promoting wellbeing
* Maintain an annual calendar of wellbeing events to create an environment where employees feel valued and supported
Skills and Requirements of the Wellbeing Manager:
* The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a wellbeing, compensation and benefits role within a law firm, or other professional services firm
* Highly numerate with strong analytical and statistical skills
* Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently
