Your Role
As an LGV Driver at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations. You will be the face of Kuehne+Nagel on the road, ensuring timely and secure deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Your Responsibilities
1. Operate Large Goods Vehicle with a primary focus on safety, ensuring goods are transported securely and efficiently to designated locations.
2. Adhere to traffic regulations.
3. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, promptly report any defects, and ensure the overall maintenance of the LGV.
4. Maintain effective communication, promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
5. Ensure a high standard of service, representing the company positively.
6. Safely and securely load, unload, and transport goods.
7. Complete accurate documentation related to deliveries, including logbooks and other required paperwork, ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards.
Your Skills and Experiences
1. Customer Delivery Experience
2. Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
3. Effective communication skills
4. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
5. Valid Category B, C+E Driving licence
6. Preferable: Valid ADR Training Certificate - Categories 1-9 (excluding 7, but with 7x accepted packages)
7. In-date Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence
