About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Young Person Scheme, motivating and empowering the team to provide a quality service to customers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of working with young people delivering statutory/non-statutory homeless services and trauma-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a support plan framework that is outcome-focused.
* Collate and analyze customer intelligence, sharing and presenting information effectively.
* Lead, coach, motivate, and manage people to deliver strong performance.
* Undertake quality assurance audits to identify gaps in service delivery and inform a consistent and well-performing service.
* Provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the Young Person Scheme is a safe and well-maintained place to live and work.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with a thorough understanding of homeless legislation and best practice, as well as experience of working with and delivering a support plan framework that is outcome-focused.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and manage people, with a good understanding of housing and property management, especially relating to licence agreements and legal remedies.
