Recruitment Consultant – Office Support / Professional Services Permanent People are currently recruiting on behalf of a Southampton based recruitment business, who, due to increased business, are looking to hire a recruitment consultant for their small, collaborative team. The Role You will join a busy recruitment team who place candidates into office based roles, across the local area. The team all work together and take turns to do different aspects of 360 role. In this position, you will deal with account management of clients, register candidates, business develop new clients, be involved in payroll and generally everything you’d expect in a fast paced agency role. You would still manage your own day, but all targets and commission are shared amongst the team. Your Experience Ideally, you will be coming from a background in a recruitment role. This could be as little as 6 months experience, or you may have worked in the industry for much longer and be looking for a new challenge. You will be a team player and thrive in busy office environment. Common traits amongst the team are being hungry to succeed and have the drive to deliver a great all round service.
