Assist with planning and delivering learning activities in line with the curriculum. Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities. Assist with the tracking of student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Key Requirements of a Teaching Assistant: Previous experience working with children is essential, ideally in an educational setting. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. No formal teaching qualifications required, but any relevant experience or training would be beneficial.
