The Governors of Mount Pleasant CE Junior School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, conscientious and well organised Administrative Officer (Attendance & Achievement), preferably with experience in school administration and MIS systems to work in a busy school office as part of the team.
The Administration Officer (Attendance and Achievement) plays a vital role in facilitating the educational partnership between home, school, the wider school community, and other agencies. This position serves as a crucial liaison, supporting, and negotiating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school's administrative systems, particularly in the areas of attendance, achievement, and parental engagement.
This position offers the opportunity to work as a cohesive part of an effective administrative team. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to young people, their welfare, education and personal development.
