We are seeking a CRM Assistant who will serve as a subject matter expert for our CRM platform, managing daily processes and supporting project implementations.
Main responsibilities include enhancing data quality, executing daily data tasks accurately and promptly, and providing best practice advice and solutions to system users.
This role is suitable for individuals currently in CRM specialist roles or those experienced in managing large databases, such as Database Administrators or Analysts.
The position can be based at any UK office except London. Standard working hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are open to flexible working arrangements to promote inclusivity.
Candidate Overview
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., InterAction, Salesforce, or similar)
* A proactive, inquisitive approach, with the ability to learn quickly and manage workload independently
* Experience in data management, ensuring data quality standards are met
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Effective communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders (Partners, Heads of Departments, etc.)
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or PECR is a plus but not essential
