We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Psychologist to join our Pain Management team in North East Essex. You will be responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload. You will ensure the highest standards of practice and be committed to provide exceptional patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will need significant experience in pain management services along with proven clinical leadership skills with a focus on guiding and supporting a team to deliver exceptional patient care. Using your excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills you will foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• You will be required to travel to clinic venues in Colchester and Clacton therefore will require a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Clinical Leadership: Contribute to discussions around pathways and the direction for the pain management service. Ensure the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality care to individuals with chronic pain conditions.
• Caseload Management: Manage a complex and varied caseload, working autonomously and making decisions with the support of the multidisciplinary team.
• Service Delivery & Development: Actively contribute to service development, and ensure the team adheres to best practices while promoting innovation and integrated care.
• Educational Leadership: Facilitate educational sessions and lead group programs, empowering patients to effectively manage their pain.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with system partners to ensure a seamless, integrated service that prioritizes the self-management of chronic pain conditions.
• Autonomous Practice: Work independently while contributing to the ongoing improvement and success of the service.
