Have you gained experience in either a classroom or childcare environment or setting?
Have you previously worked in educational institutions, providing support to children in attaining their objectives?
Are you proficient at engaging with children and young people with a wide range of talents and diverse backgrounds?
If yes to the above, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants who are willing to work with children in mainstream primary schools in Rochdale and surrounding areas. You will be supporting young pupils in a full-time position (8.30 am-3.30 pm Monday-Friday).

The supportive school community ensures children's safety, happiness, and steady advancement towards their individual goals and attainments.
* Assist with classroom management to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Support children in developing daily living skills for increased independence.
* Monitor and report on the child's progress to facilitate appropriate adjustments in support.
* Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding.
* Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
Requirements:
* The confidence to evaluate learning needs and actively seek new working methods.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
* A good understanding of the national EYFS/Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Willingness and ability to adapt in response to changing circumstances.
* To be a supportive member of staff, assisting the classroom teacher where needed.
* The ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with empathy and understanding.
* You will be supported by a team of education specialists at Randstad with many years of experience in the sector.
* Term time only.
