The Role
The Digital Marketing Executive (PPC / SEO) will work with the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to drive digital content for the firm. The role will include running gunnercooke social channels, managing digital campaigns, websites, CRM, newsletters and paid campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international firm and help to drive its vibrant culture through a range of communications tactics.
Responsibilities
1. Updates to the firm websites including using SEM Rush as a SEO tool.
2. Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
3. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing to maximize ROI.
4. Work with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok Ads to expand reach and engagement (social ads experience desirable).
5. Managing our organic and paid SEO strategy.
6. Managing content including social channels and websites.
7. Produce weekly and monthly stat reports to demonstrate the impact of digital comms.
8. Manage “mini” digital marketing campaigns for Partners including HubSpot landing pages, paid social, PPC and emails.
9. Support our recruitment team with digital marketing campaigns.
10. Creation of graphics and imagery using systems such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Canva.
11. Manage and maintain the contact database on HubSpot.
12. Set up and maintain our events and conversion points on GA4.
13. Work with the head of marketing to produce and maintain the firms data strategy.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO, with a track record of successful optimization.
2. Strong PPC experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
3. Familiarity with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok Ads is a plus.
4. Creative storyteller with written and visual communication skills, able to draft a range of engaging content.
5. Basic design skills using programmes such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or InDesign.
6. Excellent listening skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
7. Strong IT skills and confident using digital systems and software including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and HubSpot.
8. Experience of working with creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Canva.
