About The Role As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver flexible, high-quality home care services tailored to individual client needs. Your key responsibilities will include: Efficiently allocate care workers to clients, ensuring continuity of care, considering location, skills, and client preferences. Manage new referrals, coordinating with private customers and social services to ensure accurate care planning. Match care workers to clients effectively, providing clear information on roles, responsibilities, and pay. Assist the Branch Manager with expanding the client base and overseeing day-to-day branch operations. The Ideal Candidate Experience in Domiciliary Care: Minimum of 12 months in domiciliary care and at least 3–6 months in a care coordinator role. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with willingness to work towards Level 4 if not already enrolled. IT and Communication Skills: Familiarity with PASS and CP systems, with strong IT and office skills. Licensing and Availability: Holds a valid driving license, has access to their own vehicle, and is able to work every other weekend on call.
